By accessing or using the Velqor Group platform ("Velqor", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Velqor operates as a closed-circle investment group, and access is granted by invitation only. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Membership
Membership is restricted to vetted, accredited individuals who have been formally invited and approved. You represent that all information provided during onboarding is accurate, complete, and truthful. Velqor reserves the right to revoke membership at its sole discretion.
3. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Velqor does not guarantee returns. You acknowledge that you have independently evaluated the risks of participating in any tier and are financially capable of bearing such risks.
4. Member Obligations

5. Fees & Payments
Tier subscription fees, performance fees, and any applicable charges are disclosed at onboarding and on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your member agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, research, and materials on this platform are the property of Velqor Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them solely for personal investment purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velqor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any investment decisions made in connection with our services.
8. Termination
Velqor may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for breach of these terms, regulatory necessity, or to protect the integrity of the closed circle. Upon termination, your access to member content and services will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velqor Group is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or through the member portal. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
